Simple Habit

Simple Habit is an app with all the tools you need to relax a little bit every day and live a more tranquil life. Basically it can help you disconnect from the world for five minutes a day.

From the main tab in Simple Habit, you can select the activity you're doing at that exact moment from the activity wheel. You can choose if you want something relaxing for while you're on the bus, for the moment right after you get home from work, or simply for a relaxing morning. Once you pick one, you'll hear a relaxing audio lasting no more than 5 minutes.

In addition to this main feature, Simple Habit also includes a tab where you can access podcasts with meditation advice and entire programs dedicated exclusively to helping you become more relaxed.

Simple Habit is an app that lets you learn how to meditate, reduce your stress, and improve your concentration skills. In short, it can help you improve your quality of life ... as long as you take the idea seriously, and take these five minutes a day to focus on yourself.
