From the main tab in Simple Habit, you can select the activity you're doing at that exact moment from the activity wheel. You can choose if you want something relaxing for while you're on the bus, for the moment right after you get home from work, or simply for a relaxing morning. Once you pick one, you'll hear a relaxing audio lasting no more than 5 minutes.
In addition to this main feature, Simple Habit also includes a tab where you can access podcasts with meditation advice and entire programs dedicated exclusively to helping you become more relaxed.
